RETURN & EXCHANGE
Return policy:
  • The return request must be submitted within 15 days from the date of receipt of the package. If the request exceeds 15 days, we will not be able to accept your request.
  • After receiving your return request, our customer service will contact you. Please check and respond by email
    sales@prosdays.fr. If there is no response within 7 days, Return & Exchange will be closed automatically and unable to continue the return process.
  • The return address is not the business address on the prosdays.com website. Our customer service will provide you with a return address and RMA number after the authorized return.
  • If you want to return your package, you can contact customer service:
    sales@prosdays.fr We can get back to you within 24 hours.
  • Please make sure that the return of the goods must be unused, unwashed, unmodified, with labels and packaging. Accessories must be returned together.
  • After receiving the return address and RMA number, please return the package within 7 days and inform us of the logistics return number. Otherwise, the Return & Exchange will be automatically closed and unable to continue the return process. Please be sure to notice the RMA number on the outside of the parcel when returning. If the package is returned to another address or without an RMA number on the outer packaging, we cannot refund or exchange.
  • Please use the post office when returning the goods. If we do not receive the return package for return by other carriers, the buyer must charge the loss.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the seller, shipping costs are not accepted. (If the return is initiated by the seller, the seller will bear the return costs. If the return is caused by the buyer, the buyer will bear the cost of return.)
  • If we receive your return, we can fully refund it.
  • All returns must first be authorized by our support team before return. Please contact us at sales@prosdays.fr before returning an item.
  • If you want to cancel your order, you must inform our customer service within 24 Hours, otherwise, the cancellation will be closed automatically.
  • After receiving the return package, we will be able to refund the full order cost within 24 hours, and customers will receive the refund within 2 days.
Exchange policy:
  • Only defective or damaged items can be exchanged, provided that it is obligatorily accompanied by the attached return label.
  • The return address is not the business address on the prosdays.com website. Our customer service will provide you with a return address and RMA number after the authorized return.
  • After receiving the returned package, we will be able to ship the new package within 5 days.
Other notes:
  • As this is a manual measurement, the physical size may be slightly different from the size table (Clothing products: ± 4cm for the bust, waist and hip, ± 2cm for the length and length of the sleeves, etc.).
  • Due to the shooting light and the screen setting, the physical color may be slightly different from the online photo.
  • Please note that some products may have odors, discoloration, rotation and wrinkles due to the characteristic of the material, this is not a quality problem.
  • There may be a small stain in the product production process, which does not affect the use of the product.
  • Some buttonholes may not open. Please cut it with scissors after receiving it. Please do not cut the buttonhole beyond the border.
  • Accessories, colors, patterns, product details, etc. may be slightly different from online pictures due to different production batches.
